- Additional Fees for Unreported Work
If information regarding previous work is provided after the commencement of services, and you choose not to proceed, additional fees may be applied based on labor performed and materials used. These fees are assessed according to the scope of work completed and products consumed. - Disclosure of Prior Work
You must disclose any prior work or services performed on your vehicle, whether by yourself or others, prior to signing this agreement. Failure to provide this information may result in additional charges, subject to your approval, or cancellation of services with retention of your deposit and a $50 cancellation fee. - Pricing and Estimates
All prices are based on the services provided, products and equipment used, and the condition of the vehicle. They are not determined by time spent on completion. Completion time is an estimate and not a guarantee.
- Scope of Work and Additional Services
The scope of work for each service is determined during the initial consultation and is reflected in the agreed-upon pricing. Any additional steps or services (disassembly, cleaning, rust repair, etc.) requested after this agreement will incur additional charges. Client is responsible if they remove parts of their own vehicle and will be charged for repairs or new parts. Discounts, including promotional discounts, apply only to the services agreed upon during the initial consultation. Paint correction includes restoration of the vehicle’s clear-coated painted body panels only. It does not include wheels, hubcaps, plastic trim, or aftermarket parts unless specifically stated in writing. Promises of future referrals or other non-binding incentives will not alter the terms of this agreement or result in the addition of free services. The outcome of a restoration job is determined by the previous condition of the vehicle. While we can restore the vehicle to look like new, it will not be equivalent to a brand-new, freshly bought item, as restoration works within the limits of the vehicle’s prior condition. We suggest full Re-paint, or purchase of a new part if you wish for a brand new finish. - Scope of Work and Additional Services Full Paint Job Adjustments & Payment Responsibility
The total cost for full paint jobs is subject to change based on the actual scope of work required to complete the project to industry standards. While an initial estimate may be provided, the client acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances—including but not limited to prior damage, previous repair issues, rust, additional labor, material shortages, or client-approved changes—may affect the final total. By signing this agreement, the client accepts that any approved or necessary work may result in an adjusted final cost, and agrees to pay the full revised balance upon completion. Payment is required in full, regardless of prior estimates or budget discussions. Resurrected & Protected is not liable for delays or added costs caused by defective materials, equipment failure, or manufacturer-related issues. Any necessary corrections due to such factors may result in additional labor and material charges. - Deposits
